Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) is seeking a creative Internal Communications Specialist to design, manage and maintain on-brand digital assets and campaigns. You will support the internal communications strategy, ensuring content aligns with business priorities and company values.

The role requires strong design skills, proficiency with standard tools, and excellent written and verbal English. You will collaborate across teams, drive content ideation, and contribute to a vibrant, globally

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (must have)
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role with strong creative, design and execution skills
• Excellent communication in English (spoken & written)
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and digital design best practices

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive point of contact to design, manage and maintain on-brand digital & communication assets to enhance internal engagement.
• Support internal communications strategy by translating requirements into engaging content and campaigns.
• Create campaigns and content (written, static, video, HTML) for internal platforms to support business priorities and culture.
• Review, edit and produce company announcements, newsletters and materials for clear, aligned communications.
• Stay current on emerging trends to advise on leveraging technology for brand image.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines by maintaining templates, toolkits, and digital assets.
• Measure and report effectiveness of digital internal campaigns and provide actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement through audits of channels and assets to keep content relevant.
