Job summary

Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company in Dubai seeks a seasoned internal audit professional to lead specialized investigations and forensic/financial audits, ensuring strong internal controls across the organization.

You will coordinate with the Audit Committee and senior management, prioritize audits by risk, and guide the team to timely and effective execution while presenting clear findings and recommended improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline from an accredited college/university.
• And/or professional certifications (CPA/CA/ACCA/CIA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct special investigations based on information from Audit Committee, Head of Internal Control, whistleblowing channel, or management.
• Prioritize special audits based on risk and urgency.
• Monitor and present departmental performance and status reports to Head of Internal Control.
• Direct and facilitate team for efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Advise senior executives on best practices and corrective measures.
• Plan and manage forensic investigations and financial audits per internal control procedures.
• Prepare and issue detailed audit reports and executive summaries.
