Job summary

The Technical Engineer – Fit-Out will prepare, review, and coordinate technical drawings and submissions for interior fit-out works across UAE projects. You will ensure compliance with design, specs, and authority requirements to support smooth site execution.

You will lead design coordination with architectural, interior, MEP and subcontractors, resolve clashes, raise RFIs, provide site technical support, and assist QA/QC with as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of technical coordination experience on interior fit-out projects in UAE/GCC.
• Experience across commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, and office fit-outs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and fit-out layouts.
• Coordinate with architectural, interior, MEP, and subcontractors to resolve clashes.
• Raise and track RFIs and ensure timely responses.
• Provide site technical support and ensure proper implementation on site.
• Maintain drawing registers, submittal logs, and quality documentation.
