Job summary

Egis is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept through on-site supervision in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on delivering high-quality executions, coordinating with architects and contractors, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial interiors, deep knowledge of Dubai codes, and proficiency in CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field required.
• Minimum 15 years of interior design experience with site supervision and consultancy exposure (5+ years).
• Proficiency in CAD software and strong knowledge of Dubai building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion on-site.
• Oversee on-site implementation, ensuring quality and adherence to specs.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources for multiple projects.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Mentor junior designers and provide design guidance.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and present solutions.
• Stay updated on trends, sustainable practices and new materials.
• Ensure project documentation and reporting are maintained.
