AE Recruitment is sourcing a Senior Interior Designer for a Dubai studio to lead complex, design‑driven projects across hospitality, residential, healthcare and wellness. You will mentor a talented team, drive design direction with leadership, and manage client relationships from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape is essential; Adobe InDesign is highly valued.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, Revit) and Microsoft Office.
• 7–10+ years of interior design experience across hospitality, healthcare, commercial and high‑end residential projects.
• Experience in the Middle East and/or projects celebrating Middle Eastern aesthetics and culture.
• Proven ability to guide junior team members and manage complex design projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end‑to‑end from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence at every stage.
• Build strong client relationships and translate aspirations into compelling design solutions.
• Develop bold design concepts using sketches, mood boards, materials palettes and 3D models.
• Mentor junior/intermediate designers with clear direction and feedback.
• Oversee budgets and programmes, making design-led material and finish decisions for value and longevity.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and suppliers to protect the design intent.
• Stay ahead of design trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to projects.
• Prepare and deliver confident client presentations and site visits to monitor construction quality.
