redfish solutions ltd in Dubai is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury hospitality projects from concept through to completion. You will translate client briefs into innovative concepts that meet brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a proven portfolio in luxury hotel, restaurant, or F&B design, expert use of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools, and the ability to lead and mentor a creative team in a fast-paced studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality projects.
• Proven portfolio showcasing luxury hotel, restaurant, or F&B design work.
• Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-end hospitality projects from concept through to completion
• Produce innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment

Requirements:
