Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept development for hospitality projects, including space planning, mood boards, and material selection
• Produce detailed design documentation including floor plans, elevations, and IFC drawings in compliance with codes and project standards
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, managing feedback and revisions effectively
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless design integration
• Oversee the design process to manage timelines, budgets, and quality from concept through to execution
• Monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to design intent and provide timely solutions for challenges
• Deliver complete mixed-use and hospitality projects, ensuring coordination across all design disciplines
