Design 360 Studio is Azizi’s fully integrated in‑house consultancy, bringing together Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, Master Planning, Design Management, and Construction Supervision under one collaborative platform. By centralizing expertise, the studio enables seamless coordination across all project phases, delivering innovative, efficient, and value‑driven real estate assets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and design excellence.

As Senior Concept Architect – Hospitality, you will play a key role in shaping the design vision of Azizi’s hospitality portfolio, working closely with the Head of Concept – Hospitality to develop world‑class hotel, resort, branded residence, and mixed‑use hospitality concepts. You will contribute to the creation of distinctive guest experiences and iconic destinations, leading the conceptual design process from initial vision through design development while ensuring alignment with brand standards, operational requirements, market positioning, and project objectives.

Responsibilities includes:

• Support the Head of Concept – Hospitality in developing innovative and compelling hospitality concepts across hotels, resorts, branded residences, and mixed‑use developments.
• Lead the preparation of architectural concept studies, design narratives, massing strategies, guest experience journeys, and spatial planning solutions.
• Develop multiple design options exploring form, functionality, circulation, guest experience, materiality, and architectural identity.
• Collaborate closely with hospitality operators, brand representatives, internal stakeholders, and external consultants to translate business objectives into exceptional design solutions.
• Prepare concept presentations, design reports, diagrams, renderings, and supporting materials for executive reviews and stakeholder presentations.
• Refine conceptual designs based on feedback, feasibility studies, operational requirements, and site‑specific considerations.
• Ensure hospitality concepts balance design excellence with commercial viability, operational efficiency, and guest experience expectations.
• Coordinate with Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Structures, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure fully integrated design solutions.
• Research global hospitality trends, emerging design innovations, luxury lifestyle concepts, and benchmark projects to inspire and inform design development.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and wellness‑focused strategies into hospitality concepts.
• Participate in design workshops, value‑engineering exercises, and design review sessions throughout project development.
• Assist in maintaining design quality and consistency across the hospitality portfolio.
• Mentor junior architects and support the development of conceptual design capabilities within the Design 360 Studio.
• Ensure compliance with applicable authority regulations, hospitality brand standards, and project design guidelines.
  

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on hospitality, luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences, or mixed‑use developments.
• Proven experience in concept design and early‑stage project development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design excellence, and hospitality‑focused architectural thinking.
• Experience working with international hospitality brands and operators is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of hospitality planning, guest experience design, and operational requirements.
• Excellent presentation, visualization, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design and visualization software.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• GCC and UAE project experience preferred.
