Lead Technical Architect - Hospitality Projects at Azizi Developments will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of landmark hotel projects across Dubai, including high-end developments on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai South, and Al Furjan. Based in the Design 360 Studio, this role translates design intent into practical technical solutions, ensuring compliance with authority requirements, international standards, and project specifications while mentoring design teams and safeguarding quality through all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of hospitality projects across all design stages, with a focus on authority submissions and compliance


• Review and approve detailed technical drawings, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and alignment with design intent


• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and construction challenges effectively


• Ensure technical documentation complies with Dubai Municipality regulations and international codes (IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, LEED)


• Manage and mentor technical design teams, fostering professional development and design excellence
