Job summary

Azizi Developments seeks a Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out to lead site delivery of high-rise interior packages in Dubai. You will coordinate drawings, joinery, MEP interfaces, QA/QC, and HSE while ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of interior fit-out project experience, strong coordination skills, and UAE/GCC construction exposure. This full-time role is based in Dubai with hands-on site responsibility.

Qualifications

• Role requires managing interior fit-out projects from planning through handover.
• Experience delivering interior fit-out or interior construction projects is required.
• Strong coordination across architects, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fit-out activities and ensure execution follows drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review drawings to identify clashes and constructability concerns before progress impact.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and RFIs.
• Track site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate trade sequencing for civil, architectural, MEP, joinery, and finishes.
