Job summary

TGP International is seeking a Senior Associate / Associate Director to join its studio. The role offers significant studio responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to exciting hospitality projects across global geographies from its Covent Garden London studio, with a hybrid model of three days in the studio and two days remote.

Qualifications

Senior-level design leadership with hospitality focus.
10+ years of professional experience in interior design or related fields.
Strong portfolio of world-class hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver creative solutions across multiple hospitality projects, across geographies (UK, Europe, Asia and Middle East).
Take ownership of concept development, design presentations, test fits, spatial planning and 3D modelling with a guest-focused approach.
Review drawings, finishes and FF&E specs ensuring alignment with design intent and coordination with clients, consultants and contractors.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and industry partners.
Oversee project leadership, resourcing, scheduling, budgets and risk management, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
