Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to collect, analyze, and disseminate threat intelligence impacting our global operations. You will influence risk-based decisions and author assessments that describe threat landscape impacts on business functions.

In this role, you will brief senior leaders, lead cross-functional partnerships, and support scenario development for resilience testing within Mastercard's security program.

Qualifications

• Possesses a strong analytical mindset with experience collecting, evaluating, and synthesizing intelligence from diverse sources.
• Demonstrates solid understanding of intelligence tradecraft, including structured analytic techniques, threat modeling, and risk assessment.
• Understands key threat domains and can learn emerging trends to assess business impact.
• Has experience translating complex information into clear, actionable intelligence products for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Communicates effectively to senior executives with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, analyze, publish, and disseminate threat intelligence for Mastercard.
• Leverage intel to inform risk-based decisions across the organization.
• Author risk assessments capturing threat landscape impacts to business operations.
• Brief intelligence analysis to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Lead partnerships with internal stakeholders to fuse intelligence from across the organization.
• Lead partnerships with external stakeholders to enable threat intelligence sharing.
• Support threat scenario development for red teaming, exercising, and resilience testing.
