Job summary
ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Instrumentation/Control Engineer to provide technical expertise across engineering subject matters and ensure quality design execution. You will coordinate with Technical Departments, Operations and consultants, prepare scopes of work, review designs and documents, and apply state-of-the-art technologies for cost-effective solutions.
In this role you will lead technical authority reviews, support problem solving, and uphold HSE standards in line with ADNOC's
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Instrumentation, Electronics or Control Engineering.
- 8 years of experience in Instrumentation/Electronics/Control Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on Instrument/Control engineering topics.
- Coordinate with technical departments, operations and contractors.
- Prepare scope of work for external consultants and EPC contractors.
- Review and approve drawings, specs and documents for instrumentation and controls.
- Perform design calculations and validate designs.
- Apply state-of-the-art technology for cost-effective solutions.
- Provide technical authority and support for problem solving.
- Conduct authority reviews on deviations to company standards.
