Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Instrumentation/Control Engineer to provide technical leadership across the engineering discipline. You will review designs, prepare scopes for consultants and EPC contractors, and ensure compliance with standards, cost effectiveness and best practices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Control Engineering and about 8 years of applicable experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Control Engineering.
8 years of experience in Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Control Engineering.
Experience with design verification, vendor deviations, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

Review design works and ensure alignment with technical requirements and standards.
Prepare scope of work for external consultants and EPC contractors.
Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical documents for instrumentation and controls design.
Perform design calculations and ensure state-of-the-art technology is applied for cost-effective solutions.
Provide input to engineering procedures, standards, and guidelines; liaise with other discipline engineers.
