Job summary

Property Finder is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging, practical learning experiences that help employees build essential knowledge and skills.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex information into clear content, develop multimedia courses, storyboards, and assessments, and manage learning projects within our LMS to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related discipline preferred.
• Proven experience designing and developing learning experiences and content.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with course development/authoring tools and creating storyboards.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging learning experiences that support retention and practical application.
• Create course content, learning activities, exercises, and practice opportunities.
• Define clear learning objectives and ensure content aligns with outcomes.
• Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure learner understanding and performance.
• Design learning experiences across formats: videos, simulations, role plays, games, and more.
