Job summary

Italiacamp seeks a Senior Consultant for Institutional Affairs & Communications to support institutional activities and coordinate with the external communications agency in the UAE. The role will manage updates to digital platforms and align messaging across channels.

You will coordinate with government bodies, embassies, trade associations and universities, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PR or institutional relations roles, preferably in international contexts.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic relations with public and private entities and the media.
• Knowledge of local regulations, UAE cultural dynamics, and local business etiquette.
• Ability to adapt messages to different target audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Institutional Relations & Organisational Support: coordinate with government bodies, embassies, universities and other stakeholders; manage the General Manager’s institutional calendar and correspondence.
• Institutional Events: coordinate invitations, scheduling and follow-up for stakeholder meetings.
• Agency & Content Coordination: manage the communications agency’s output and review content across offline and digital channels for consistent messaging and approvals.
• Performance Monitoring: track KPIs, identify opportunities to amplify content through digital channels and events to boost visibility.
