The role covers government and university relations, event coordination, content oversight across channels, and KPI-based performance monitoring to elevate visibility and institutional reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PR or institutional relations roles, preferably in international contexts.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic relations with public and private entities and the media.
• Knowledge of local regulations, UAE cultural dynamics and local business etiquette.
• Ability to adapt messages and communication to different target audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Institutional Relations & Organisational Support: support relationships with government bodies, embassies, trade associations, universities and other stakeholders; coordinate the General Manager's institutional agenda and meetings.
• Institutional Events: assist with coordinating events and stakeholder meetings, including invitations, scheduling and follow-up.
• Agency & Content Coordination: coordinate the communications agency's work and review content for offline and digital channels, ensuring proper formatting and approvals before publication.
• Performance Monitoring: monitor trends and agency performance using KPIs and identify opportunities to amplify content and increase visibility.

Job posting: Institutional Affairs & Communications Senior Consultant

With a focus on business development promotion of Made in Italy excellence education and professional training and sustainability consulting Italiacamp is based in Rome and Milan operating globally through Italiacamp EMEA FZCO in Dubai which oversees the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy.

In this context of international growth and institutional development Italiacamp is seeking a highly skilled Institutional Affairs & Communications Senior Consultant to join its team. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Italiacamp EMEA FZCO the role will provide day-to-day organisational support for institutional activities coordinate with the external communications agency and manage updates to the organisations digital platforms.

Description and Activities

The Institutional Affairs & Communications Senior Consultant will support institutional engagement and communications activities in the UAE ensuring effective coordination between internal teams external stakeholders and the communications agency.

The core responsibilities include:

Institutional Relations & Organisational Support: Support relationships with government bodies embassies trade associations universities and other institutional stakeholders. Coordinate the General Managers institutional agenda organise meetings and appointments and manage related correspondence.

Institutional Events: Support the coordination of institutional events and stakeholder meetings including invitations scheduling and follow-up.

Agency & Content Coordination: Coordinate the communications agencys work and review content across offline and digital channels applying a solid understanding of digital platforms and their content requirements to ensure consistent messaging appropriate formats and the necessary approvals before publication.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor communication trends and agency performance using relevant KPIs and identify opportunities to amplify content through digital channels events and other initiatives to increase visibility and strengthen institutional reputation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience in PR or institutional relations roles preferably in international contexts.

Ability to develop and maintain strategic relations with public and private entities and the media.

Knowledge of local regulations UAE cultural dynamics and local business etiquette.

Ability to adapt messages and communication to different target audiences.

Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Strong public speaking skills.

Ability to work in a team and interact with stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds.

Excellent knowledge of English and Italian. Knowledge of Arabic is considered a strong plus.
