Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of experience with 8–10+ years UAE infrastructure experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong technical background in wet & dry infrastructure.
• Experience in roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation and earthworks.
• Strong knowledge of IFC drawings, design coordination, technical submittals, RFIs and method statements.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and UAE authorities.
• Knowledge of UAE codes, authority requirements and infrastructure standards.
• Design-review and value-engineering experience preferred.
