Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
1+ years of experience with a master’s degree or 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and conclude agreements, policies, and procedures with partners and authorities.
Prepare operational plans, risk registers, and performance frameworks for approvals.
Analyze operational risks and propose proactive scheduling solutions to avoid conflicts.
Provide strategic/technical advice to senior leadership using reference models and assessments.
Coordinate infrastructure projects with government entities, developers, and service providers.
