Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a Project Engineer – Infrastructure to lead supervision of roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks across Dubai sites. You will ensure works align with drawings, specs, codes, and UAE authority standards, driving safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in infrastructure construction, with 5+ years UAE experience preferred, and strong collaboration with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to overcome site challenges and keep

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure construction projects.
• 5+ years UAE infrastructure experience preferred.
• Experience with roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks, and pavements.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Excellent communication and site management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise infrastructure construction activities.
• Ensure works are safe and meet quality standards.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, method statements, submittals.
• Supervise roads, pavements, drainage, utility networks, earthworks.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor progress and address delays.
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards and authority requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with authorities.
• Maintain records of site activities and documentation.
• Participate in site meetings and project handover.
