Job summary

Azizi Developments seeks a Draftsman – Infrastructure to prepare and maintain detailed civil drawings for road, drainage and external works. You will collaborate with Civil Engineers, Surveyors and site teams to ensure drawings reflect approved designs and site conditions.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years’ UAE/GCC infrastructure drafting experience and strong AutoCAD skills, with Civil 3D as a plus. On-site role based in Dubai projects, requiring precise, timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–8 years of infrastructure/civil drafting experience in construction.
• Experience in infrastructure projects and knowledge of roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and modify detailed infrastructure drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare drawings for roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks, pavements, kerbs, footpaths and external works.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, layouts and construction/shop drawings from designs.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, consultants and site teams to reflect requirements.
• Review drawings and implement revisions from instructions and site conditions.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site execution and approved changes.
• Ensure drawings meet project specs and standards.
• Maintain records and coordinate to resolve clashes or discrepancies.
