Job summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale roads and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The role oversees execution, commercial performance, stakeholder management, and safety compliance to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 15–20 years in heavy civil engineering and 7–10 years UAE experience with leading contractors, including bridges, highways, tunnels, and earthworks. Strong leadership and contractual expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• PMP Certification or equivalent professional project management qualification is highly preferred.
• Professional membership or chartership (ICE, ASCE, PMI, or equivalent) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of major roads and infrastructure projects across the UAE.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and performance targets with corrective actions as needed.
