Job summary

AL Marwan General Contracting Company in the UAE seeks an experienced Construction Manager – Roads & Infrastructure to oversee road and infrastructure projects across the UAE.

You will lead site teams, coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities, ensure safety, quality and schedule compliance, and deliver highways, earthworks, drainage and utilities.

The role requires 7–10 years in civil infrastructure and UAE Tier-1 contractor exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 7–10 years total civil/infrastructure construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Construction Manager on road/infrastructure projects.
• UAE experience with Tier-1 or major infrastructure contractors preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Roads & Infrastructure to oversee the execution and successful delivery of road and infrastructure projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Tier-1 or reputable infrastructure contractors, with a proven track record in managing road and infrastructure construction activities, including highways, road networks, bridges, interchanges, earthworks, drainage, and wet and dry utility networks.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and contractual requirements.
