Job summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager - Roads & Infrastructure to oversee road and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have Tier-1 or major contractor experience and a proven track record in highways, bridges, earthworks, drainage, and utility networks.

You will ensure safety, schedule, quality, and compliance with drawings, specs, and contractual requirements, coordinating with clients, consultants, and authorities to deliver projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 7-10 years of total civil/infrastructure construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Construction Manager on road/infrastructure projects.
• UAE experience with Tier-1 or major infrastructure contractors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of roads, highways, earthworks, drainage, utilities, and related works.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities for road and infrastructure projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and construction resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Coordinate roadworks, earthworks, drainage, utilities, and related civil works.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager - Roads & Infrastructure to oversee the execution and successful delivery of road and infrastructure projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Tier-1 or reputable infrastructure contractors, with a proven track record in managing road and infrastructure construction activities, including highways, road networks, bridges, interchanges, earthworks, drainage, and wet and dry utility networks.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities for road and infrastructure projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and construction resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.
