Job summary

Careers International is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead the planning and scheduling for large-scale infrastructure projects in Dubai. You will oversee detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of civil and electrical works.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree with 12+ years in infrastructure planning and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, plus PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure project planning and civil engineering.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project planning software.
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes and government regulations for infrastructure development.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed schedules for infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to align deliverables with objectives.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning for complex developments.
• Oversee planning from pre-construction to handover per regulatory requirements.
• Plan resources and allocate manpower and equipment.
• Use Primavera P6 and other software to track milestones.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Perform critical path analysis and delay management with corrective actions.
