Overview

Position is a senior opportunity focused on infrastructure project scheduling, cost control, and performance tracking for large‑scale transportation projects. The role supports road and bridge programs using Primavera P6, earned value analysis, and advanced project control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 for infrastructure projects
• Establish Work Breakdown Structures and maintain project baselines
• Monitor project progress and analyze cost and schedule variances
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities for project teams
• Apply earned value management techniques to track project performance
• Conduct time impact analysis and manage change control processes
• Track manpower, labor hours, and cost requirements against budgets
• Support procurement tracking including subcontract commitments and expenditures
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and trend analysis
• Participate in project review meetings and provide planning insights
• Ensure compliance with project control procedures and financial systems

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 10 years of experience in planning or project controls within infrastructure projects
• Strong experience in transportation, roads, or bridges projects
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6
• Strong understanding of WBS, EVMS, and cost control principles
• Experience in time impact analysis and contract change management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a site‑based environment
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
