Job summary

AECOM in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate and manage all logistics for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring timely materials, equipment, workforce access and temporary facilities. You will work with engineers, authorities and suppliers to implement integrated logistics strategies that support safe and uninterrupted delivery.

The role covers mobilization through construction, testing, commissioning, handover and close-out, with emphasis on

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant logistics management experience on major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with government authorities, utility providers, contractors and suppliers.
• Experience on large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects within the UAE is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project Logistics Management Plan.
• Plan and coordinate site access, material deliveries, equipment movements and temporary facilities.
• Manage construction access routes, haul routes and traffic management plans with authorities.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, utilities and procurement to resolve delivery constraints.
• Prepare logistics schedules, risk registers and KPI reports.
• Lead and develop the logistics team and maintain records.
