The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning coordinating and managing all logistics activities associated with large-scale infrastructure projects to ensure the timely availability of materials equipment workforce access temporary facilities and construction resources. The role oversees logistics planning from project mobilization through construction testing & commissioning handover and project close-out while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations surrounding communities and existing infrastructure.
The Logistics Manager works closely with the Project Director Resident Engineers Planning Manager Contractors Utility Authorities Government Agencies Suppliers and Stakeholders to develop and implement integrated logistics strategies that support safe efficient and uninterrupted project delivery.
