Job summary

Parsons in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the design delivery of multidiscipline infrastructure projects, steering construction execution and stakeholder engagement to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes.

You will oversee planning, budgets, schedules, risk and change management, mentor project personnel, and collaborate with clients, authorities, and consultants to ensure quality and commercial excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/construction field.
• 15–20 years of experience in design and construction of infrastructure projects, including UAE/GCC exposure.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from construction through handover.
• Strong knowledge of design delivery for roads, utilities, drainage, and master planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major infrastructure construction works, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Plan, direct, and control all business, technical, commercial, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project.
• Establish and oversee project execution, health and safety, quality, environmental, and risk plans.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and mobilize resources to meet objectives.
• Act as primary client interface, manage stakeholders, and negotiate scope changes.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risk management, and change recovery strategies.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project personnel.
• Support business development by maintaining client relationships.
