Job summary

Parsons is looking for a Senior Project Manager Infrastructure Engineering in Dubai to lead complex infrastructure and land development projects. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, financial performance, engineering coordination, and client relationships ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include overseeing project execution, managing budgets, and coordinating engineering resources. A Bachelor's degree and significant experience in UAE infrastructure is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve years of experience in infrastructure engineering or land development projects.
• At least five years of experience managing projects within the UAE infrastructure sector.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams including engineers, designers, and technical specialists.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise all technical, administrative, and financial aspects of assigned infrastructure and engineering projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, labor costs, and profitability targets.
• Lead project execution ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
