Job summary

Parsons in the UAE is seeking a senior Project Manager with extensive experience in project and design management to lead urban development, master planning, infrastructure, road and bridge projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of total professional experience in project management and design management.
• Experience leading complex urban development, master planning, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, safety, resources, and contracts.
• Experience in design coordination and deliverable control.
• Experience delivering major infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC.
• PMP preferred; Parsons Project Manager Development certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through planning, design, execution, and closeout.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including internal staff and contractors.
• Develop and manage scope, budgets, schedules, execution plans, deliverables, and reporting.
• Coordinate design activities, technical reviews, interfaces, approvals, and deliverable control.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks including delays, cost overruns, scope changes.
• Develop corrective-action plans to address project risks and performance issues.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, commitments, financial status, and cost performance to control costs.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, project teams, contractors, subconsultants, regulatory authorities, and management.
• Coordinate with authorities to support permits and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project-status meetings and monitor milestones, costs, schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
• Review bid documents and support procurement and tendering activities.
