Job summary

KBR seeks a Contracts Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead contractual management for major infrastructure projects. You will oversee contract administration, advise on risk and entitlements, and coordinate with commercial teams to manage payments and variations.

A strong background in PMC and Middle East experience is essential. The role requires 10–15 years experience with 8+ in the position, a BSc in a related field, and MRICS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying, construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• 10–15 years total experience with at least 8 years in the role.
• Minimum 5 years in the Middle East/Regional context.
• MRICS or equivalent chartership is advantageous.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and contract management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractual aspects of a program as PMC in infrastructure projects.
• Lead the Supervisions Consultant Contracts Team for proper administration.
• Administer contracts per Conditions of Contract and project requirements.
• Advise on risk, entitlements, and potential disputes.
• Coordinate with commercial and quantity surveying for payments and variations.
• Review variations, claims, and prepare contract amendments.
• Prepare contractual letters, notices, determinations, and reports.
• Ensure timely notices and maintain contract communication protocols.
