Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and drawings; coordinate with teams to develop proposals and cost estimates.
• Lead pre-tender activities, including methodologies and execution strategies.
• Oversee post-tender execution, ensuring alignment with contract, specs, and standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
• Monitor progress, budget, and resources; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, variations, and change orders; ensure HSE compliance.
