Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying with relevant accreditation.
• Professional certifications MRICS, FRICS or equivalent preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, claims management and dispute resolution.
• Experience in engineering and infrastructure procurement processes and budgeting alignment.
• Proficiency in tendering procedures, cost estimation, and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update policies, procedures and development plans for infrastructure contracts.
• Manage day-to-day financial management and contract administration from inception to completion.
• Review contract applications and ensure completeness before contracting.
• Study requests for dispute resolution and propose amicable settlements.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders, produce evaluation reports, and coordinate with consultants.
