Job summary

Alqaro Roads is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimation Manager in Dubai to manage the contractual and financial aspects of infrastructure and road construction projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and QS software. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Familiarity with local standards and a UAE Driving License are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of local and international standards (e.g., RTA).
• Familiar with FIDIC and other standard contract forms.

Reports To: Projects Operation Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QS/Estimation Manager with a strong background in infrastructure and road construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, budget control, and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of local and international standards (e.g., RTA).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software (e.g., Candy, CostX).
