Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead project cost and contract administration from inception to closeout. You will guide tendering, payments, variations, and claims, ensuring value through disciplined planning and strong governance.

Role requires MRICS/FRICS, FIDIC, PMP or equivalents and a solid background in infrastructure procurement. You will drive data-driven, automation-enabled controls to improve certainty and project value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Quantity Surveying.
• MRICS, FIDIC, PMP (or equiv.), FRICS, AACE CCP/CEP/EVP, RICS APC assessor.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Experience in engineering and infrastructure procurement processes.
• Understanding of core engineering principles and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project cost and contract administration from inception to closeout.
• Control budgets and value through disciplined planning.
• Govern tenders, payments, variations, and claims.
• Guide QS teams and vendors.
• Advance data-driven, automation-enabled, model-based controls to improve certainty.
• Standardize tender and contract templates for in-house projects, draft letters of award and contracts and prepare TORs for consultancy tenders.
