Job summary

Tetrix is a fast-growing startup enabling institutional investors to leverage AI-driven data. We’re seeking an Infra/DevOps engineer to extend our cloud infrastructure for high-volume data ingestion, AI pipelines, and robust deployment workflows.

You’ll help shape product direction while collaborating across teams and with enterprise clients. You’ll work in a hybrid environment across NY and Montreal, contributing to secure, scalable infrastructure and mentoring teammates as we grow the platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating reliable cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS CDK and cloud-native architectures.
• Fast-paced or entrepreneurial work experience is a plus.
• Customer-focused and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, reliable systems for high-volume document ingestion, AI-powered data pipelines, telemetry/observability, and deployment workflows.
• Brainstorm and shape product direction and tech strategy with the team.
• Engage with clients on non-engineering aspects of the project.
• Set and maintain standards, mentor future team members and promote best practices.
