We are looking for a hands-on leader with 10+ years in Python and JavaScript, capable of architecting complex systems, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Python and JavaScript experience.
• Strong technical leadership including architecting complex systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments.
• Open source contributions are a bonus

Responsibilities

• Build and lead across the tech stack for the SaaS product, data pipelines, and AI agents.
• Set technical direction and make high-impact architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with clients to design features and solicit feedback.
• Define and maintain engineering standards, mentor engineers, and help grow the team.
