Job summary

Tetrix is a fast-growing startup redefining private market data analytics. You will build and own AI/ML systems, including agentic workflows for automated document retrieval, and an extraction/normalization engine that processes complex PDFs and reports.

You’ll contribute to AI strategy, model choices, and product direction, while collaborating with clients. Hybrid role based in New York City and Montreal, with competitive salary, equity, healthcare, and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production-grade AI systems, especially around LLMs, agents, evals, or data extraction/normalization pipelines.
• Strong Python skills are required.
• Experience shipping ML features to real users, especially in fintech/data-heavy environments, is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and own core AI/ML systems, designing agentic AI workflows for automated document retrieval and extraction from private portals.
• Develop and improve the extraction and normalization engine with audit trails and real-time insights.
• Shape AI strategy, model choices, evaluation frameworks, and product direction.
