Job summary

NAFFCO Careers in Dubai seeks an Experienced Buyer to source and procure PPE, lubricants, tools and other industrial consumables across UAE, China, India and Europe, ensuring on-time delivery and competitive total cost.

You will negotiate terms, manage purchase orders in Oracle ERP, coordinate import documentation and customs, and maintain supplier records while expanding the supplier base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement or buying experience, including at least 3 years sourcing trading items, consumables, tools, hardware or similar materials.
• Experience coordinating across UAE, China, India and Europe is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase PPE, lubricants, tools, fasteners, packaging, safety equipment and other industrial consumables.
• Identify, evaluate and maintain suitable suppliers in UAE, China, India and Europe; obtain and compare quotations against specs, price, quality and delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and other commercial conditions to achieve best total cost of ownership.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in Oracle ERP and expedite orders with suppliers and logistics teams.
