NAFFCO is seeking a Purchase Officer for its Trucks & Vehicles Department in Dubai. The role involves sourcing and procuring automotive materials, reviewing requisitions, obtaining quotations, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.

The position covers both local and international purchasing, negotiation of terms, and coordination with technical teams to meet specifications and production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in procurement or related field.
• Experience in automotive/trucks or engineering industries preferred.
• ERP or procurement system experience advantageous.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet production deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Receive and review purchase requisitions from Trucks & Vehicles Department.
• Source automotive and vehicle-related materials from local and international suppliers.
• Obtain quotations and prepare price and supplier comparisons.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Coordinate with technical teams to clarify specifications where required.
