Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior implementation leader to own the end-to-end delivery for corporate online banking, H2H, liquidity management, wallets, payments and virtual accounts.

You will convert mandates into revenue-generating solutions, lead ERP integrations and drive delivery across multiple stakeholders. You will coach a team, run client workshops, UAT, training and ensure a clean handover to the Customer Service Unit, while leveraging AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• CertICM, PMP / Agile or SWIFT / ISO 20022 certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in transaction banking, with at least 4 years in cash management implementation or client integration.
• Proven delivery of online banking, host-to-host (SFTP / API), liquidity and wallet / digital payment implementations for corporate clients.
• Middle East banking experience with UAE regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing teams and multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Corporate Online Banking, H2H (SFTP/API), liquidity management and wallet propositions.
• Convert mandates into live, revenue-generating solutions within agreed timelines and support revenue targets.
• Lead technical integration with client ERPs across ISO 20022/XML, MT FileAct/SCORE formats.
• Deliver wallet and stored-value implementations including onboarding, API integration and settlement flows.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology and Operations during implementation and handover to service units.
• Run client workshops, UAT and training ahead of go-live; provide portfolio MIS and dashboards.
