Job summary

Rakbank is seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Implementation Lead to own end-to-end delivery of online banking, host-to-host, liquidity management and wallet programs for large corporate clients.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Technology and Operations to translate complex client requirements into scalable bank solutions, supervise workshops and UAT, and ensure smooth handover to Customer Service. Strong leadership and UAE regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• CertICM, PMP / Agile or SWIFT / ISO 20022 certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in transaction banking, with at least 4 years in cash management implementation or client integration.
• Proven delivery of online banking, host-to-host (SFTP / API), liquidity and wallet/digital payment implementations for corporate clients.
• Middle East banking experience with UAE regulatory and compliance understanding.
• Experience managing teams and multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Corporate Online Banking, Host-to-Host (SFTP/API), Liquidity Management, Wallet propositions, Payments, Collections and Virtual Accounts for client segments.
• Convert mandates handed over by Cash Management Sales into live, revenue-generating solutions within agreed timelines.
• Lead technical integration with client ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) across ISO 20022/XML, MT formats and SWIFT FileAct/SCORE.
• Deliver wallet and stored-value implementations covering onboarding journeys, API integration, funding, settlement and reconciliation flows.
• Ensure correct billing setup per approved pricing and that the first charge is accurately applied; fee ownership remains with Cash Management Sales.
• Act as single point of contact for clients, Coverage, Product, Technology, Operations and vendors through implementation.
