Al Rostamani Communications is seeking a Senior Client Manager to own strategic accounts in the UAE, analysing client requirements, articulating value, and driving revenue with ARC solutions. You will align with the sales strategy, manage vendor relationships, lead cross-sell initiatives, and coordinate with pre/post sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and profitable growth across key ICT segments.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in ICT solutions sales with UAE system integrator

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• MBA an added advantage.
• 12+ years ICT solutions sales experience in UAE.
• Experience with reputed ICT system integrators in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Align to the sales strategy and ensure ARC objectives are met.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies; manage product pricing, costing and margins.
• Account management, cross-selling and up-selling for existing and new customers.
• Manage vendor relationships on target and quota; negotiate with vendors.
• Coordinate with Head of Sales, pre/post sales teams to support marketing and customer coordination.
