Job summary

Al Rostamani Communications, part of the Al Rostamani Group, seeks a Senior Client Manager to own strategic ICT accounts in the UAE. You will analyze client needs, articulate value, and drive revenue while expanding margins for ARC.

The role requires senior-level relationships, cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record in large ICT deals. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, aligning with sales objectives, negotiating with vendors, and guiding pre/post sales teams

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related discipline required.
• MBA is a nice-to-have.
• Minimum 12 years of ICT sales experience.
• Must have worked for reputed ICT System Integrators in the UAE.
• Proven track record of closing large ICT solution orders.

Responsibilities

• Align with sales strategy and meet ARC objectives.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow profitable revenue.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
• Vulnerability analysis vs competitors to tailor proposals.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate with senior sales leadership and project teams to promote products.
