Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation is seeking a Senior Service Engineer based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing customer services, ensuring system performance, and leading technical support operations. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Engineering and over 7 years of experience in control systems within the Oil/Gas sector.

The position includes responsibilities such as emergency support, system troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction enhancement while participating in various project phases.

Qualifications

• 7 to 8+ years of experience in Maintenance/Startup of Control Systems.
• Experience in Oil/Gas and Petrochemicals along with filed instruments.
• Certifications in ESD - TUV / DOFS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver customer services to meet contractual requirements.
• Provide 24 x 7 on-call emergency support as needed.
• Submit weekly reports regarding service management needs.
