Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim seeks an Identity and Access Management Manager to develop and maintain IAM/PAM strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan that aligns with business security goals and industry best practices.

You will lead identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged access programs, driving secure automation and governance across the enterprise while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams to maximize security and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with IAM solutions in large organizations.
• 5+ years of hands-on global IDAM platform management.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.
• Preferred certifications include CIAM, CISM, CISSP, and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce secure IAM/PAM policies and controls.
• Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle including onboarding, provisioning, and offboarding.
• Implement RBAC/ABAC, MFA, SSO, and federation; conduct access reviews.
• Oversee credential vaulting, privileged session monitoring, and break-glass procedures.
• Monitor IAM/PAM environments, address incidents, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Design and operate IAM/IGA/PAM solutions with automation.
• Define KPIs, metrics, logging, and reporting for compliance.
• Lead IAM initiatives, vendors, and training while driving continuous improvement.
