Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Identity and Access Management Manager to lead the IAM/PAM strategy and its global implementation. The role covers identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privilege access activities across a large organization.

You will drive secure authentication, automate IAM processes, and ensure compliance with multiple standards. The position demands 8+ years in IAM, strong leadership, and collaboration with vendors, with hands-on experience across Dev to UAT

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with IAM solutions in large organizations.
• 5+ years of hands-on global IDAM platform management.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent; CIAM/CISM/CISSP/ITIL preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce secure IAM/PAM policies, procedures, and controls aligned with least privilege and business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle including onboarding, provisioning, access changes, certifications, and offboarding.
• Implement RBAC/ABAC, MFA, SSO, federation, access reviews, and strong authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Oversee credential vaulting and rotation, privileged session monitoring/recording, JIT access, and break-glass/emergency access procedures.
• Monitor IAM/PAM environments, investigate anomalies and incidents, remediate vulnerabilities, and lead identity-related incident response activities.
• Design and operate enterprise IAM/IGA/PAM solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and Delinea, with automation using workflows, PowerShell, or Python.
• Ensure alignment with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, GDPR, SOC 2, and audit requirements; establish KPIs, metrics, logging, and reporting.
• Lead IAM initiatives, vendors/MSPs, training, and stakeholder collaboration while continuously improving IAM capabilities, security, automation, and SLA performance.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Identity and Access Management Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the organization's Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privilege Access Management (PAM) strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan, aligning it with business objectives and security best practices. This includes defining the future state of identity and access management and planning for its evolution.

ROLE PROFILE

• IAM & PAM Strategy: Develop, implement, and enforce secure IAM/PAM policies, procedures, and controls aligned with least privilege and business requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
• Proactive & Collaborative: Self-motivated, proactive, action-oriented, deadline-driven, and effective in collaborative team environments.
• Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience working with multiple IAM solutions in large organizations, including 5+ years of hands-on global IDAM platform management.
• Technical Delivery Experience: Proven experience managing IAM deployments, changes, and environments across Dev, Pre-Prod, Prod, SIT, and UAT, including testing and release processes.
• Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent; preferred certifications include CIAM, CISM, CISSP, and ITIL.
