Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim seeks an experienced Identity and Access Management Manager to lead IAM and PAM programs in Dubai, delivering secure, scalable identity services across enterprise systems. The role emphasizes governance, lifecycle management, and integration with key security controls.

You will drive automation, platform operations, and incident response, partnering with IT security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of IAM experience in large organizations.
• At least 5 years of hands-on management of global IDAM platforms.
• Proven ability to implement and operate enterprise IAM solutions.
• Experience deploying identity platforms, configurations, and changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IAM and PAM strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead implementation of RBAC/ABAC, MFA, SSO, and identity federation.
• Oversee identity lifecycle, onboarding, provisioning, and offboarding.
• Lead IAM security operations, incident response, and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with vendors and MSPs; ensure regulatory alignment and audit readiness.
