Position Overview

The Identity and Access Management Manager role in Dubai leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of identity and privileged access capabilities for Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions, ensuring secure, compliant, and business‑aligned access across enterprise systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce IAM and PAM policies, standards, and procedures to secure access to all organizational resources, including privileged accounts
• Manage end-to‑end identity lifecycle processes for standard and privileged users, covering onboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certifications
• Implement and operate strong authentication and authorization controls, including MFA, single sign‑on, and role‑based access control
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards, supporting internal and external audits related to identity and privileged access
• Implement just‑in‑time privileged access and continuously improve access governance practices
• Stay current with emerging IAM and PAM technologies, threats, and best practices, driving continuous program enhancement
• Define, track, and report KPIs and metrics to measure IAM and PAM effectiveness and provide regular management updates
• Design and deliver training programs for users and administrators on IAM and PAM policies and security best practices
• Foster collaboration across technology and business teams to align identity controls with organizational objectives

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience managing an enterprise IAM platform for a global organization, including deployment and change management across development, pre‑production, SIT, UAT, and production environments
• 8 or more years of experience working with multiple IAM solutions within large‑scale organizations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technology‑related discipline
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Professional certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager and Certified Information Security Manager are preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
